Working days and hours
- For every volunteer it is mandatory to be at the team briefing on April 23 from 16:00 till 18:00.
- Working hours for April 24: 8:00 – 17:00, for April 25: 9:00 – 15:00
- Working time for different roles may differ
Volunteer roles
Hall Manager Volunteer
- assist the speaker and showing time plates during session
- passing a microphone for the audience to ask questions
- helping attendees to find vacant seats during full house lectures
Access Control Volunteer
- checking badges at the session halls and Pitch & Match zone entry
- scanning badges
- directing the participants to the needed hall
Registration Volunteer
- help at the registration desk
- providing badges for attendees
- providing attendees with general conference information
Welcome Volunteer
- meet and welcome participants at the entrance
- direct them to conference or registration
- providing attendees with general conference information
Replacement Volunteer
- replace other access volunteers during their breaks
- different help to organizers’ team
Roles and responsibilities can be changed.
The further instruction will be providing by email and at the briefing.
