Date: 22 – 24 May 2013
Attendance: 1.500+ professionals, 500+ game companies, 30+ countries
The Nordic Game 2013 conference will celebrate its tenth edition on 22-24 May in Malmö, Sweden. This is how we celebrate, NG13 style:
Tim Schafer will be here!
We are working hard to create the strongest conference program ever, and we’re immensely proud to present Tim Schafer as the opening keynote speaker. Tim will be backed up by a string of global as well as local heroes, including talks by Richard Lemarchand (Uncharted), Julie Uhrman (CEO of OUYA), Mattias Nygren (LBP Vita) and many more.
4th annual Nordic Game Indie Night
We are pleased to announce the 4th annual Nordic Game Indie Night showcase and summit in collaboration with Copenhagen Game Collective. The purpose of the showcase is to call attention to talented indie developers from around the Nordic region. Last year’s showcase featured a variety of different indies and their awesome games, and over 400 attendees.
Introducing Unite Nordic
As a new cooperation between Unity and the Nordic Game Conference, Unite Nordic will be held on 21-22 May at Slagthuset in Malmö. A two-day event created by Unity, and the perfect way to sharpen those Unity skills and prepare for the future. There’s of course a great combo discount to take part of if you sign up for both Unite Nordic and Nordic Game 2013.
Pitch & Match returns with a great offer
The Pitch & Match B2B system premiered at last year’s conference with great success. This year will see the system expanded - and as part of the European Game Conference Alliance (EGCA) we can offer a neat discount if you sign up now.
Nordic Fast Track
A brand new track in the conference program, the Nordic Fast Track is the fastest connection between Nordic developers and the conference audience. Sessions will be short, sweet and straight to the point..
…and much, much more
Nordic Game Indie Night + Live Pitching Session + Exhibition Floor + Nordic Game Play Area + Nordic Game Awards 2013 + Development Support Grant Ceremony + Gala Dinner + the renowned Nordic Party + You, of course.
The Nordic Game Conference has two sides to it - it’s a conference for the Nordic development community, a place where they send staff to educate themselves and network. But at the same time we want the conference to be a window to the outside world, so you're able to come from the global community and pick up what's happening in the Nordic games industry. Minecraft, Unity, Angry Birds, Limbo, Battlefield… the region has a lot to show, and many valuable connections are waiting for you.
Venue: Slagthuset, Malmö, Sweden.
Nordic Game will take place:
- on May 22-24, 2013
- in Malmo, Sweden
