Bicycle

A typical Dutch means of transportation is riding a bicycle, and especially Amsterdam is really nice to travel and explore this way. The narrow streets of the city centre and surrounding areas are usually not suited to travel by car. In Amsterdam traffic is used to bicycles on the road and for safety reasons cyclists have their own lanes next to the more busy roads.

As a guest of Festival of Games it is possible to rent a bike at Yellowbike, with a 10% discount. This 10% discount is also valid for Yellowbike bike tours.
Interested to rent a bike during your stay in Amsterdam, please visit our Rent a Bike section here.

If you are planning to go by bicycle to Festival of Games you will have to take the ferry to crossover the IJ river.

For information about the ferry and directions from that point, please refer to the section Public Transportation/Ferry.
