Festival of Games Diamond Trophy 2011

The Festival of Games Diamond Trophy is a best-of-show award. The visitors of the Festival of Games will get the opportunity to vote for the best at the show. The company or person who gets most votes wins the Diamond Trophy!!!

The Festival of Games Diamond Award competition will be awarded for the second time. The Winner of the Festival of Games Diamond Award 2011 will be announced at the Industry party on April 28^th 2011!

Winner Diamond Trophy 2010
During the Industry Party of the Festival of Games, the Diamond Tropy 2010 was awarded to the game 'Vogels!'. Most visitors of the Festival of Games had voted for this game as "best-of-show".

'Vogels!' is a 3D rehabilition game for the elderly with a cerebral hemiplegia. Students Game Design and Development of the Utrecht School of the Arts developed this game together with students Game and Media Technology of the Utrecht University by order of FOCAL Meditech BV. The game lets the patient forget his or her rehabilition proces for a while. Movements of the arm of the patient translate into movements of the main character of the game: a bird (Vogel).
